Utilities - Our prices include bed linen, towels and utilities. However there is simply not enough hot water, washing facilities, parking, etc. to accommodate more than four people. Please limit the number of occupants to four people
Telephone – It is too difficult for us to monitor telephone calls and costs so we suggest you purchase a Telecarte available from most Tabac or supermarkets and use the cabins that are in plentiful supply, or rent a mobile phone during your stay.
Books and brochures – We are leaving a selection of English novels and brochures for your enjoyment. Please leave these at the house for other guests to enjoy.
Damaged / Broken / Missing items – We reserve the right to charge for any items which are damaged, broken, or go missing during your stay at the house.
Smoking – As a courtesy to others there is a strict no-smoking policy inside the cottage.
Keys – Please leave your house keys on the kitchen table when you leave.
Arrival/Departure – It would be appreciated if you could arrive after 3 pm and leave before 11 am.
Clean-Up – Mme. Joubert, our neighbour, will greet you on arrival with keys to the house and show you around. She will ensure that the house is clean before your arrival and trust you will leave it in similar condition. There is a washing machine in the kitchen if you wish to launder bed linens, towel or clothes during your stay.
